today was sports heat totally suck up. 1.5 km i run like the last few place. totally noob la cant run this cant of race need to sprint. i cant sprint la no wonder cant zhui any girls haha. then aft tt was cca trials. now 400 m. also suck up cause i cant sprint again too slow. i tink all because of me, we lost the trials. i suck as a senior la. sry ppl tt is dragged ur down :( but i will nt stop, i am going to train running, i will not be noob anymore.

now my result is imba la, improve a lot lo. so ppl ur want to noe my result i shall tell u the 1 i noe le
