today take full nafa in 1 day. did 2.4km in the morning den 5 stations in the afternoon. somemore today hv dann lot of lessons n chem remedia haha. dann tiring haha. but a bit . a bit sad wit the results haha. super noob sia. 2

the only thing tt is acceptable was my 2.4 improve leh. gt 9.37 mins. hope can improve to 9 by this yr. lucky i took nafa 1 day b4 my birthday or i rly will die, all the standard will increase hehe. n this sucks i am rly noob in my phyical. rly must buck up leh la. n 1 more day haiz hehe
