haha cca is getting dann crazy lol. finally commi handed over. maybe be fucking unhappy wit the result but dont give a danm. gg to quit anw rite. so wont see any more shit. but dann which cca is so hiong like dance tt give u major body aches, imba stretch n mats tt can do fans lol. so gg to miss every shit tt. maybe be sry to my bros cant go through any more tough training wit them leh. but ytd was dann bloody shuang la. the bar work was imba sia, very painful though haha

n today is swimming day haha, can feel tt it is nt as tiring lo hehe, maybe my stamina is improving. yeah my 2.4 is gg to improve haha. also this can be a experment to test abt smt haha. elton u shd guess wad ba haha. lol recently hw is getting lesser sia haha
